Elapsed Time

I am a Supernatural fan.

I've just watched Supernatural Season 6 Episode 21 - Let It Bleed
http://www.cucirca.com/2011/05/21/supernatural-season-6-episode-21-let-it-bleed/

In the movie, an angel erased the memory of a woman about a man.
And this is how a comment sounded like:
"I wish somebody could erase the memory of my boyfriend, so i could move on."

In reality the spell doesn't work over night, but it does happen.
The feelings are relatively short-lasting and most of us are not able to play the cat and mouse game, although many are tempted to play it.

Probably in order to protect us, the emotional memory is short.
The only difference from the movie is that it fades gradually.
This is the thrill of the real life.
We don't even realize that it was gone, because the feelings fade steady and slowly.
When the last drop gets drained, we're clean.

There is so much more in our brains, other than making a sex obsession.
And worrying about something physical, or worse, wasting our life trying to fix that something, is just trivial.

I'm trying to understand a certain type of people, but something about them doesn't make much sense to me. Sometimes I'm thinking that maybe there is nothing to understand.

If we don't seek to "see" the depths of our brain, if we don't try to speak with it and to get answers, we just breathe.
There is no "real" life. It's just our brain's perception of the outside.

Watching this movie was a whole lot more entertaining than drinking with friends or having sex. That's cheap. This was somewhat high.

Feeling that you embrace your brain and beginning to understand its ways.
Yet this is just a feeling too. A feeling that grew like a branch from another feeling.

And so the infinite of the human brain takes shape, that classical infinite with no beginnings and no ends.
No matter how long we live, how much we strive, we won't have the physical time to experience all the feelings locked there inside.

An entity that you can keep in your hands proves infinite.

The time unit. The killing time unit is the only finite entity in us.

So why worry? Just try to do the best of it.
